You can park on your own plot, and there is a storage room (with electricity) as well.

You can fish from your own deck and the yard is situated in a way to make it all but impossible to miss the sunshine at one of the patios located around the accommodation.

The Beach House Deluxe has three bedrooms, a bathroom and a very large living room with a spacious kitchen with all necessary equipment. It even has insect screens and air conditioning.

This is a very suitable accommodation for private use, but renting it out is an option too. A combination of the two is another possibility.

The complete unit is delivered furnished and with basic amenities, making it ready for letting or personal use immediately.

The rent that has been booked already can be taken over if you wish.
