Familiehuis Nunspeet is going to place a few Wellness Villas at a very beautiful location next to the pond.

The villas have a modern exterior cladding with a dual color scheme (light and dark). This phase will be an addition to our rental offers. We see that there is a lot of demand in the market for luxury. With the choice of wellness we want to achieve an even more optimal occupation rate.

We see really great rental numbers at other parks that are already offering this, even at lesser locations.

These beautiful villas are delivered with a pergolino, sauna, outdoor shower and jacuzzi. Inside you will also enjoy all conveniences.
